We, the massage group at Happy Muscles are dedicated to the idea that we as humans have the right to try all alternatives to western medicine, and we take a proactive approach to naturally achieve a healthy and happy life.

We offer three methods of detoxification, pain relief, and stress reduction as a wellness approach to living. We blend naturally based products and modern technologies to achieve wellness in the home and in our bodies. We recommend to our clients to try everything and keep doing what works for them.

Wellness is subjective and encompassing mind, body, and spirit. We are here to simply offer some alternatives that we know work for many people.

Therapeutic Massage:

Connie A Lawrence LMT owner of Happy Muscles and a graduate of Wellness Massage Training Institute, Woodridge, IL with Nationally Certification has over 10 years of experience as a therapist in a variety of settings. She cares about the pain and stress we feel and will work with clients who are motivated in self care to achieve optimal wellness. Her specialties are aromatherapy and deep tissue massage.

Donna G Harrison LMT a graduate from High Tech Institute here in Nashville has been at Happy Muscles since we opened over 3.5 years ago and has shown that she is a natural in the wellness environment with her ability to target the tension and pain areas in the body and address them effectively with her wonderful touch. Her specialties are Reiki and geriatric massage.

Cherie Scharping LMT a graduate from New York State Institute for Massage in Buffalo, NY and Nationally Certified, has been a massage therapist for 13 years and has acheived a high level of detailed expertise. She has worked on the past 12 years right here in Lebanon idependent of a massage group such as we have here and has developed a therapeutic massage style using a combination of modalities that leaves her clients feeling thoroughly attended to and pain free.

Aimee S. Ashburn LMT came here from Louisiana 13 years ago with a backround in Mortgage and Real Estate. She graduated from Georgia Career Inst. in November 2008 and joins us with full certification and licensure. She is enthusiastic and very caring about her client's welfare. She specializes in Deep Tissue. Her skills are very natural and free flowing. She is a great fit here and you will find her to be delightful and competent.
